HDB Home Loans

Sing Investments offers several home loan packages including variable rate HDB home loan packages, bridging loans, and home loans for private residential properties with variable rates.

The variable rates for home loans are subject to Sing Investment's prevailing base rate and prime lending rate, both may be subjected to further changes without prior notice.

Sing Investments & Finance LTD Home Loan Eligibility

Borrowers who are getting a home loan for an HDB property will be able to borrow up to 80% of purchase price or valuation (whichever is lower). The maximum loan tenure is 35 years and you can use your CPF to pay for your loan.

Borrowers for Sing Investments' HDB housing loan are required to complete the HDB Loan Eligibility HLE application form beforehand.
